Noah joined Shamrock in late 2025with a strong background in business analytics and a passion for using data to support meaningful healthcare outcomes. He earned his degree from the University of Cincinnati, where he built a foundation in business strategy, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making. Noah brings experience from both the healthcare and medical device spaces, having worked as a Sales Representative with Medtronic before transitioning into his current role as a Business Analyst at DaVita Kidney Care. With a people-first mindset and a curiosity for how clinical and operational systems connect, he enjoys finding ways to improve processes and support teams behind the scenes.
