John is a natural combining his intense customer focus with his innate drive and his personable approach. He thrives around people and delivers unparalleled value and smiles to all around him. Following his dreams, John took a stab at the country music scene in Nashville before moving on to a professional career with Eli Lilly & Co in 2003. He joined Medtronic in 2006 and headed west to Seattle in early 2007. In 2010, he partnered with Chris to form Shamrock to take customer support to new heights.John graduated from North Carolina Central University in Durham, double Majoring in English and Political Science, while Minoring in Spanish. He went on to receive a Masters of Communication from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro.

In his free time, you will likely find John laughing and playing with his wife Kristine and their children Malone, Ella, and Isabelle. Despite being all over the country, his extended family remains close and he continues to find inspiration and wisdom from his mother Beverly.
